Plans Bot on Telegram

RSVP to events and manage your plans from Telegram

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Getting started

Search for the Shutterpaws Plans Bot in Telegram and send /start to begin. First time using it? Run /setup to set your language, timezone, and notification preferences.

See Using the Plans Bot for how to sign in on the website and link this account to Discord or the website so your RSVPs and payments follow you everywhere.

2. RSVPing to an event

When an event is posted, tap one of the buttons on the event card to respond:

  • Going
  • 🤔 Maybe
  • Not going

You can change your response any time by tapping a different button — your latest tap is what counts.

For events that require payment, picking "Going" opens a DM with your ticket type choices; your spot is held pending payment. If you’re bringing guests, you’ll be asked to pick a ticket type for each one individually — your party doesn’t have to all be on the same ticket type. If you already paid and want a pricier ticket type, use /going — events you can upgrade show an "⬆️ Upgrade" button. Picking a new tier there starts the upgrade: you stay confirmed at your current tier until the extra amount is paid.
