How our services work

Tell us about your event
Dates, expected attendance, and your event's theme (if it has one)

Decide on a set theme and location for the photo studio at your event

We run the booth
Shutterpaws runs the photo studio at your event, and attendees have the opportunity to purchase a physical copy of their photo

Payments settled
Depending on how payments are collected, either Shutterpaws will send an invoice for the cost of materials used by the print station, or your event is sent the balance owed

Different events have different payment ecosystems and we are happy to either integrate into your existing payment infrastructure for a unified payment experience, or bring our own for a completely hands-off approach

Option 1

Use your own payment equipment

$0.30 materials cost per print
Paid back to your event

Photo print station uses your event's equipment to collect payments for print-on-demand services from attendees
Invoice is sent after the event for a material cost of $0.30 for each print made.
Add a donation to Shutterpaws if you like.

Works well if you already have a preferred payment system

Use Shutterpaws payment equipment

Card processing fee
Paid back to your event

Shutterpaws uses our card reader (PayPal) to collect payments from attendees for paid prints
We deduct $0.30 per print plus payment processing fees from the total collected, and send the rest to you
Card processing fees charged are exactly what PayPal charges us, with no markup
Add a donation to Shutterpaws if you like.

Works well if you'd rather be more hands-off

Either way, you can pass some of the proceeds to Shutterpaws as a donation. Never required, always appreciated.

Free gallery hosting

Take away the hassle of uploading and hosting your event's image gallery. Shutterpaws will host your event's photos free of charge in full-resolution forever, as well as upload pictures to FurTrack.
