Shutterpaws is a volunteer-led community organization connecting fursuiters and photographers across the greater Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region.

Our mission is to host high-quality, themed photoshoots and welcoming social events that are fun, safe, and respectful of host venues.

What we do

• Organize curated furry photoshoots and meetups in visually interesting locations
• Coordinate attendee logistics, hydration, and safety support
• Partner with community groups and venues for well-run, positive public events
