Subscribe to Calendar

Subscribe to Shutterpaws Events

Never miss an event! Subscribe to the Shutterpaws calendar and get automatic updates in your favorite calendar app.

How to Subscribe

Choose your calendar app below and follow the instructions:

Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Click the "+" next to “Other calendars” on the left sidebar
  3. Select “Subscribe to calendar”
  4. Paste the URL: /events/calendar.ics
  5. Click “Subscribe”
  6. The Shutterpaws calendar will appear in your calendar list

Apple Calendar / macOS Calendar

  1. Copy this URL: /events/calendar.ics
  2. Open Calendar app
  3. Go to File → New Calendar Subscription
  4. Paste the URL and click “Subscribe”
  5. Choose where to save the calendar and click “Subscribe”

Outlook / Microsoft 365

  1. Open Outlook on the Web
  2. Click “Add calendar” (left sidebar)
  3. Select “Subscribe from web”
  4. Paste the URL: /events/calendar.ics
  5. Click “Import”

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account
  2. Select “Other”
  3. Select “Add Subscribed Calendar”
  4. Paste the URL: /events/calendar.ics
  5. Tap “Next” and complete the setup

Android / Samsung Calendar

  1. Open the Calendar app
  2. Go to Settings → Add calendar
  3. Select “Import from URL” or “Subscribe”
  4. Paste the URL: /events/calendar.ics
  5. Complete the setup

Add Individual Events to Calendar

In the future, when viewing an event page, you’ll see “Add to Calendar” buttons that let you:

  • Add directly to Google Calendar
  • Add to Apple Calendar
  • Add to Outlook
  • Download as an iCal file (works with any calendar app)

Troubleshooting

Calendar not updating?

  • Most calendar apps refresh every 24 hours. You can usually force a manual refresh in your calendar app settings.

Events not appearing?

  • Make sure you’re subscribed to /events/calendar.ics (not a specific event)
  • Remove and re-add the subscription

Timezone issues?

  • All events are set to Eastern Time (America/New_York). Your calendar app should automatically convert to your local timezone.
